Quality Assurance
To provide the highest quality of services to SDEI's clients, SDEI develops a quality assurance program, managed and reporting directly to the Engineering head. The quality assurance program aims to achieve SEI and ISO certifications. Such commitments assure our customers that we are focused on delivering high-quality services, on time and on budget.
The quality assurance group is made up of a QA manager and members. The team members are typically experienced professionals well versed in QA methodologies and the technologies they are working in.
The QA members are closely involved with each stage in the life cycle of a project from specification review to acceptance testing. They ensure that the analysts adhere to all guidelines and programming standards for optimal coding techniques. The QA cell is responsible for all deliverables in a project and at each stage different parameters are used to enable management to measure the quality of a development project, such as:
- Design- Peer review of defects founder per specification
- Development- Code Walk-through and defects found during unit testing
- Testing-Defects recorded during integration and system testing
- Acceptance Testing- Defects within various categories
