    • If you are a Project Lead with more than 5 years of experience and considering an invigorating new opportunity to lead a technical development team of 20+ Engineers, please contact us.

    You will be a key person managing staffing, scheduling, and executing of project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing high-bandwidth engineering teams and delivering quality solutions that meet customer expectations. Strong candidates will have excellent communication skills and have extensive experience in building effective teams with an empowering consensus building style.

    Essential Skills:

    • Experience in delivering solutions to clients
    • Solid management, and hands-on skills, project management.
    • 5 or more years of experience in managing systems software teams of 15-20 people.
    • Technical expertise in Microsoft and Java based systems development.
    • Candidates with 5+ years of experience in VB or VC++, ASP, COM /DCOM, XML, IIS, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL Server.
    • Atleast 1 years experience in Project Management and Client Coordination.
    • Should have strong grounding in full cycle software project management methodology & exposure to leading teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Plus Points

    • Experience on .Net Framework.
    • Microsoft Certifications (MCSD, MCSE, MCP) or Brainbench Certifications.
    • Experience in managing all phases of the life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing and delivery.

    Educational Qualification:

    • B.E or MS in computer science or computer related field (or equivalent)

    • Experience in delivering solutions to clients
    • Well acquisition with MySQL, Smarty Template Engine, AJAX, and Object oriented programming, JavaScript, Linux, Apache Server.
    • The applicant should be a team player and must possess good communication skills.
    • smartData has a strong work environment based on .net technology. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
    • Experience of minimum 3 years in .Net technologies
    • Well acquisition with concepts of ASP.Net/VB.Net or C#/ADO.Net, OOPS, SQL Sever 2000.
    • The applicant should be a team player and should possess good communication skills.

    • The HR positions in the company are for young energetic applicants. The candidate must have managerial skills and excellent communication capabilities. A course in management studies will be an added advantage.  Experienced candidates will be preferred.

    • The company seeks candidates for designer positions. Candidates with creative bent of mind and ample knowledge of Design implementation may apply. The candidates should have minimum experience of 2-3 years in web designing/visualizing and are required to possess the following skills:

    • smartData seeks young and energetic applicants for sales. The candidate must have excellent communication capabilities. An MBA diploma/degree with convincing attitude and smart ways will be preferred. Candidates with a minimum experience of 2 years please apply.

    • You are a professional with 2 - 4 years of total experience with at least 2 years in testing. The ideal candidate should have worked on tools like Winrunner or Loadrunner and should also have experience of programming in Java.

    Necessary Skills:

    • Candidate should be good on J2EE, Oracle.
    • Website, Desktop Application Testing.
    • Should have complete knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle
    • Should be very good at Black Box.
    • White Box testing knowledge will be an edge.
    • Should have working experience on automated test tools.
