Client Communication

The primary means of communication with the development team will be emails and online messaging (MSN, Yahoo!). Based on the need and the client's preferences we can also facilitate 2-way telephone conference calls, as and when necessary. However, these calls will be limited to 2 per month. For additional calls, client will need to bear the expenses. We have often found that frequent communications aren't really necessary and conducting online conferences and regular email updates suffices most of the communication purposes. We provide emergency contact numbers of our lead and one of the Management representatives who can be reached 24*7 on their respective numbers to take care of any emergency situations.
